Ganoe Paving Inc. has been a trusted name in south central Pennsylvania since the 1970s, known for quality paving and sealcoating. Greencastle native Dirk Mowen joined as Operations Manager in 2011 and became Owner in 2014. With over 40 years of construction and paving experience, Dirk has helped drive the company’s growth and success.

 

Under his leadership, Ganoe expanded beyond paving and sealcoating to offer full earthwork services, including excavating and water and sewer projects for governmental, commercial, and residential clients. Our crew proudly partners with the Borough of Greencastle, Antrim Township, and surrounding communities to support local road maintenance and infrastructure needs.
